“My journey in this field began in 1992 when I joined Indesit, later I went on to Comet in which my expertises expanded into the Multibrand market, undertaking warranty repairs of most manufacturers. Over the years I have undertaken many training courses from manufacturer training to becoming a qualified CIty and Guilds electrician. I Have a “can do” attitude and pride myself on customer service. I also have two engineers Gino and Rick who are both experienced time served engineers working to my ethos. In my spare time I like to restore cars and spend time with friends and family.”

“My journey in the realm of repairing and maintaining appliances began with a spark of curiosity and a love for fixing things. Since 2020, I have been deeply involved in the trade, constantly honing my skills and expanding my knowledge. I have undertaken Smeg warranty work, this led to specialised Smeg product training amongst other training i have done. One of the standout qualities that defines me is my unwavering "can do'' attitude. No challenge is too daunting, and no problem is insurmountable. My approach to each repair task is marked by a determination to find solutions and restore appliances to their optimal functionality. I thrive on overcoming obstacles and take immense pride in my work. During my spare time I like to enjoy days out with my wife and children.”

“Under Ashlee's leadership, the team of engineers has grown from 5 to 20, a testament to her effective management and the high-quality service her team provides. In addition to her engineering team, Ashlee oversees a team of 7 office staff members and 3 warehouse staff, who support the operations of the repair service. Our engineers have worked for many manufacturers Including Rangemaster, Smeg, Fisher and Paykel Liebherr Howdens, Miele and Samsung. We look forward to working with you.”

Now operating as a multi-branded professional, I am based in Wilmslow and committed to restoring functionality to your household essentials. Beyond work, I enjoy indulging in a game of golf during my spare moments.”

Throughout my career, I have contributed my expertise to several leading brands, including Miele, Samsung, LG, Beko, Fisher and Paykel, and Whirlpool. This diverse exposure has provided me with a deep understanding of a wide range of appliances and technologies.”
