“The engineer came on time. Very pleasant. Good English. Explained everything. Tried to repair but said I needed to test it for about 24 hours to check if it was OK It wasn't, although he did all he could He said he would order a thermostat and when it arrived he would come and fit it. I did not give a 5 star because it was not mended, not because he did not try. I could tell he knew his job well and gave me confidence. I hope it gets fixed next time he comes with the new part.”
