Sadly, our washing machine couldn't be mended because the circuit board had died and a new one was prohibitively expensive and out of stock anyway, but he put us in touch with a wonderful local company and two days later they delivered a new machine. So it was a great experience all round and I would definitely use NAC again in the future.”

“Came as arranged. Did a good evaluation of problem which unfortunately was not fixable. Call out charge reasonable. Offered replacement at competitive price. We decided to wait until machine becomes unusable but this is good company to call for breakdown fixing on household machines.”
