But when I phoned I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and professionally I was dealt with. The engineer called me to confirm the appointment and he arrived on time. He sorted my machine extremely quickly he didn’t try to upsell he told me that there was a blockage in the waste pipe and he cleared it and then tested it and it now works perfectly again.
