“Made appt to have washing machine checked engineer came next day and txt to give rough time also rang to get some info on problem,call out fee was expensive£90 however was told by engineer that would cover several visits if necessary good advice given very professional unlike some other companies I contacted would use again as the saying goes you get what you pay for”
