Engineer attended and was unable to fully diagnose the intermittent fault though had and idea and asked me to record the sound. Sent the recording and fault immediately diagnosed. Quote given for the replacement part, agreed and part fitted as soon as it arrived. The return visit was included in the initial call out fee so only the cost of the part. Friendly and efficient and I can fully recommend them.”
