The gas engineer was thorough, clean and tidy repair to my gas oven, even bringing a protective pad to stand my oven on to protect my new vinyl in the kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate in approaching NEC again as I am an elderly lady living alone and am wary of trades people. The cost was extremely reasonable for the service I received. THANK YOU.”

“The customer service team were really helpful when l called and booked an engineer to come to my property the next day. I then got a call from the engineer to get a time booked. My engineer was called Mitch & he was really helpful & explained everything to me. He had to return a few days later to fit a part but again it was done when convenient for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for an appliance repair”
