“I was able to book my appointment online. The engineer made contact before the date and gave an approx time of arrival. My cooker hood is old and he told me the part required was obsolete and despite him trying to get an alternative one the only one suitable would be £500 plus. He advised me it would be better to purchase a new one which I am looking into. Nice to have an honest opinion. I would definitely use this company and engineer in the futue.”
