“I rang the NAC number and a very friendly lady answered (I think her name was Yvonne) she explained the procedure and that a Cooker engineer would contact me the next day I got a call from Mark and we arranged for him to visit and investigate the fault. He messaged me with a two hour time slot. When he arrived he told me that the element was the fault and he would need to return in a few days with a replacement. As arranged he arrived and replaced the element which took him no more than 20 mins. Altogether an excellent service.”
