“Surprised with the rating on here. Engineer they sent was not qualified for the job, despite specifying the make of the fridge and issue at hand. Engineer arrived promptly but did not know his way around the appliance (had to google it…). Concluded within 5 minutes it was dead / had to be replaced and promptly took payment for the full £120 call out charge. Fortunately we took a second opinion and it turns out it was just overheating. All sorted after vacuuming dust at the bottom and restarting. Emailed to get a refund and have yet to hear back.”
