“Great experience - booked online and engineer showed up on time and called ahead. Came in and checked the problem, said they’d order parts and come back. Very efficient (unlike some other reviews, these people are meant to know what’s wrong without spending hours diagnosing!). Came back a week later to fit the part and problem sorted. Engineer was very respectful in my home and kind - took no time at all to do the work and I’m happy enough with the price I paid.”
