“Five star service. There was an engineer available the next day and he arrived at the appointment when he said he would. The engineer was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to repair the fridge door without the need to order a new part making the repair much quicker and more cost effective. I have already recommended NAC to family and friends.”

Still waiting

“Started of well, the engineer turned up when he said he would, then proceeded to tell me what I already new ( the element on my ceramic hob needed replacing) He told me he would order one and come back and fit it when he got it, then charged me £85 for the call out As you can now guess it's been 10 days now and I'm still waiting, tried phoning him, just goes to voicemail has texted back saying he's still waiting for the part but I think I've just thrown £85 away for someone to tell me what I already new so not very happy”
