Great straight forward service

“Really good straight forward, no nonsense service with a website thats clear and was easy to navigate. It took the trouble and effort out of calling around to find a competent engineer. It was easy to book and the engineer was knowledgable and able to work around my committments. On the day of the booking the engineer arrived on time and advised of what parts would be required and was able to obtain them within a matter of days. The engineer returned to complete the work, even though my appliance was several years old he made sure that he was careful and did not cause any damage to the appliance or loose any screws whilst completing what was quite a complex repair. Thanks NAC and to the engineer for providing great service.”
