“I wish I can give them a lower rating. The only thing they care about is collecting their £90 service charge BEFORE your engineer is even booked. Very poor service and you have to ring the engineer yourself. And even worse: the engineer turned up, checked the hob and couldn’t unscrew it. He said that’s 90% of what happens with hobs. But you have paid a non refundable £90 to this NAC company! - absolute scam!!!”
