I have been working within the appliance repair trade since 2001 Starting with Electrolux then onto Hotpoint and in 2008 i went to Miele. I've established a reputation for my dedication and commitment to excellence. After 14 successful years as a service technician, I was presented with the opportunity to elevate my career by becoming a Miele service partner. In this role, I've continued to provide the same unparalleled service, now with the added responsibility of maintaining the high standards associated with the Miele brand but now i can give that personal service as well. I am honest, dedicated and trustworthy and believe the service I provide is of a high standard and quality. In my spare time i like to socialise with friends and family.

“Our Miele dishwasher broke down and our local electrical repair shop wouldn't work with the brand. As we live in an isolated area I had no idea where to start looking for a service agent. NAC hooked me up with a repair guy who was brilliant, he could come within a two days, and he even knew how to diagnose through listening to the machine. He was like Dr Miele. He was smashing to work with, and knowing he's now on our team, I would feel confident buying another used Miele Applicance - so that's better for the environment, too.”
