AVOID NAC DOMESTIC REPAIRS AT ALL COSTS
“AVOID NAC DOMESTIC REPAIRS AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM NAC at all costs this is a Mickey Mouse outfit. Booked and so called domestic engineer through NAC they appointed CW APPLIANCE REPAIRS who isn’t qualified to carry out F Gas total waste of time. Turned up to carry out repair was asked if he was F Gas registered he said no but it not a refrigerant issue ??? Second visit he was very abrupt and the third visit he said I can’t repair it. Emailed and spoke with NAC several times asking for a refund and they have refused to give me it. Informed me it’s CW APPLIANCE REPAIRS who would refund me ?? Spoke with CW who told me it’s NAC who will refund. AVOID NAC AND CW APPLIANCE REPAIRS TOTAL WASTE OF TIME THEY AREN’T FIT TO TRADE AS DOMESTIC APPLIANCE REPAIRS”
