“Communication was a bit hit and miss trying to organise appointment, then varying information on payment ( one said on the day, then this changed to in advance, then said sending invoice and didn't but was hounding me for payment). But all staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. Engineer was lovely, knowledgeable and prompt. Looks like issue fixed 🤞 and told if occurs again within next few weeks it's covered by what I already paid so pretty happy with the service offered.”
